Magnesium Muriaticum, or Magnesium Chloride, is prescribed in cases of insomnia, constipation, painful menstruation and hepatic, or liver, dysfunction.
A Magnesium Muriaticum individual is sensitive to the cold, anxious, and has a delicate nature, they are restless, dissatisfied and pacifistic. This dissatisfaction results in the individual developing a bitter character over time.
They always try to keep the peace, want others to be happy, and they are very sensitive.
They have a great sense of duty, taking on more than they are able; a situation that eventually leads to stress, and creates anxiety, nervousness and insomnia.
Insomnia, or sleeping without feeling rested, creates anxiety and fatigue and is one of the most important problems facing this medical field.

They can improve the pain by pressing hard. They usually have headaches before menstruation.

Magnesium Muriaticum: worse when going to bed
It is worse at bedtime, at the moment they close their eyes, and also with salt, salty foods or swimming in the sea, a sea breeze makes them feel exhausted.
The Magnesium Muriaticum condition is also worsened by drinking milk, and for babies upon drinking milk while they are teething.
