Mum, I peed!: 6 remedies for enuresis

Homeopathic remedies for incontinence. Enuresis or bed-wetting is the name given when a child wets the bed.

It is usually after the third year when a child has control of their sphincters. The child is able for some time to pass the nights clean and dry.

Maybe one day they suddenly start to wet their clothes or bed again. At this point, we must first rule out that it is not cystitis, a congenital defect or diabetes.

When the child begins to wet the bed and any physical causes have been ruled out, the cause of origin needs to be sought.

Enuresis: Why do children wet the bed?

Normally the origin of bedwetting is psychological. The child may still be wetting the bed because, in question of cleanliness, a lot is demanded of them, they feel very pressured and at night this pressure is relaxed.

If the child does not to wet the sheets for a while and then does it again, it may be a “warning sign” of a situation beyond their control.

Maybe in their family environment it is discussed frequently, or if they have to go to school or nursery for the first time.

Also it could be that there is a little brother on the way, that is, it may be out of jealousy, unknown situations or fears and they cannot control it.
