ASIMINA TRILOBA: Materia Medica

American Papaw. Produces a series of symptoms much like scarlet fever; sore throat, fever, vomiting, scarlet eruption; tonsils and submaxillary glands enlarged, with diarrhoea.

Fauces red and swollen, face swollen. Desire for ice-cold things. Hoarseness. Languid, drowsy irritable.

Acne. Itching in evening on undressing.

William Boericke was an Austrian-born American physician who became a influential exponent of homeopathy. He is also known as an academic writer, publisher, medical school professor and owner of several pharmacies.
